 A human personality is a collective assortment of judgments we have made during the course of our lives. There are natural, inherent genetic and environmental factors that contribute to the development of our personality. According to the process of socialization,"personality also colors our values, beliefs and expectation. Hereditary factors contribute to the development of personality, they do so as a result of interactions with the particular social environment in which people live". 
Personality in other words is unique personal potential to help each other develop individuality. The child personality develops in a very natural way, which can be improved by proper guidance of parents and teachers. It is the duty of both parents and a teacher that the child plays, read enough and mixed socially. 

Factors contributing to building the child's personality are:- 

 1) The physical feature.
 2) Intellectual qualities.
 3) Attitude.
 4) Behavior.
 5) The feeling and ambitions.
 6) Promises and faith.
 7) How do you allow children to socialize to others.
 8) Interaction during childhood.
 9) The behavior of the parents.
 10) Treatment of loved ones.
 11) The cultural in which grew up.
 12) Parents love.
 13) Participation of the School.
 14) Facilities given to their mental and physical development.
 15) The most basic criteria defining the personality of the child's physical appearance ie, height, weight, thinness, and fatness. Good dressing sense and style of hair makes you personality good or impressive. To take good care of the child's health is through a nutritious diet that helps to gain weight, height, tonics and active participation in sports and games. 

Tips for the development of children's personality 
 
 16) No discipline children of minor faults.
 17) Do not worry that the child repeatedly.
 18) The persistent practice of unpleasant or serious comments should be avoided.
 19) Avoid repetition of favoring one child over the other and ignoring the other.
 20) Do not degrade or criticize  the child.
 21) Avoid prolonged separation of the child.
 22) DC resistance between the child or parents should not be notified ahead of the child.
 23) Never discourage the child.
 24) No admire your child constantly.
 25) Unnecessary punishment is also harmful.
 26) Repetitive or severe punishment should be avoided. The child must make a change to correct and he punishment should be a last resort.
 27) Parents should not set goals for a child that is not in harmony with their intellectual talents, skills, achievements and interests.

Useful Tips for Face Beauty


Step # 1

Grid some sugar and store in a jar. Take some powdered sugar while washing your face with soup and massage her slowly across the face. Focus on the areas that have black hands. Repeat this process for 4 to 5 days. You see the difference in your face. Your face will become clean and smooth. 

Step # 2 

Take a tablespoon of apple juice and 1/4 tablespoon of lemon juice. Mix together and then apply to face. Massage slowly for a while and then leave for 20 minutes. Wash you face with any good facelift. You will see the results.

Take some fresh cream that comes in milk before boiling. Apply on face and massage slowly. Leave it for some time and then wash your face. This will make your skin clean, clear and bright.

            For black spots and knees, hands, feet and ankles, apply some almond oil, coconut oil or olive oil and massage for 10 minutes. Potatoes are also very effective for black spots. Crush a cooked and add a few drops of lemon tomato, half tablespoon of honey, almond oil drops, turmeric and milk. Mix well and apply on hands and feet. Keep it on 15 minutes then rub off soaking hands and feet in water mixed caution with little salt. Heels foot stone rubbing gently to remove dead skin. Here are some simple home remedies that you can do to lighten the skin tone and get a lighter complexion. However, they must be done regularly and best result are obtained if inculcated as part of the daily rutine. 
Mix 1 tsp of milk powder, 1 teaspoon honey, 1 teaspoon lemon juice and 1/2 tsp of almond oil. 
Apply on face and wash of after 10-15 minutes. This helps bring shine to the skin and also removes tan. 
Mix oatmeal with curd and tomato juice and apply on face. Keep it on for 20 minutes and then washed with cold water. It helps remove the tan and lightens the skin. 
Place sliced raw potato on the face. It helps reduce blemishes and other marks. Applying turmeric powder along with lime juice removes the tan. Lemon juice is a natural bleach. 
Dried orange peels mixed with curd also help reduce blemishes and scars. Wash the mixture with cold water after 15 minutes. Soak 4 almonds overnight. Grind into a fine paste with milk. Apply on face and neck and leave it overnight. Wash with cold water in the morning. Do this every day for 15 days, followed by twice a week.
 A spoonful gram flour mixed with 2 tsp of raw milk and 2-3 drops of lime juice works well for lightning dark skin. Apply this mixture and leave for 15 minutes before washing. Repeat for 4 weeks and follow up with once a week. Apply a paste of crushed fresh mint leaves and leave it for about 20 minutes. Wash with cold water, continue for 15 days. Apply a mixture of grated tomato with 2-3 drops of lime juice om the face. Leave it for 20 minutes before washing. Do this twice a day for 15 to 20 days for best results.

Balance Diet 

Although there are no specific foods that lighten your skin instantly, a balanced diet definitely helps by giving your skin a healthy glow. Drinking an optimum amount of water hydrates your skins and keeps it blemish free. Avoid excessive consumption of heavy and oily foods. 
Incorporate whole grains, legumes, fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet. Drink at least 4-5 liters of water everyday. The water washes toxins from the body.
